What KickClips is
KickClips is an independent website with a tool that lets you save public Kick clips as MP4 files, and guides about doing so. It is free to use. KickClips is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Kick. See the about page.
Personal and lawful use
You may use the site for personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to use it to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to harass or harm others.
You are responsible for your rights
Downloading a clip does not give you any rights to it. Copyright and other rights in a clip belong to the streamer and to anyone else whose work appears in it, such as music or game content. You are responsible for making sure you have the necessary permission before you copy, edit, repost or otherwise use anything you download, and for following Kick's rules and the rules of any platform where you share it. What you must not do
- Overload, disrupt or attack the site or its infrastructure.
- Use automated tools, scripts or bots to scrape the site or to make large numbers of requests.
- Try to bypass technical limits or access content that is private or restricted.
- Use the tool for subscriber-only, private or other content you are not allowed to access.
- Misuse the copyright process, for example by sending false claims.
We may block access, limit requests, or remove specific clips from the tool if we think this is needed to protect the service or other people.
How the service works
The tool runs in your browser, which fetches clips directly from Kick. Our privacy policy explains what data is involved. Because we depend on Kick, the tool may stop working at any time if Kick changes how it delivers clips.
No warranty
The site and tool are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose, or that every clip will download. Guides are written in good faith but may contain mistakes or become outdated, and nothing on the site is legal advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, KickClips and the people who run it are not liable for losses or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, or from how you use files you download. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights where they apply.
Third parties and trademarks
Kick, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and other names and logos mentioned on the site belong to their owners. We use them only to describe what our tool or guides relate to. Links to third-party sites are for information, and we are not responsible for their content.
Changes
We may update these terms, for example if the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which the operator of kickclips.cz is established, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
