You can reach the KickClips team by email at [email protected]. We use that address for questions, bug reports, corrections to our guides, and general feedback. We do not run a phone line or a public office address.

Before you write

Many problems have a quick fix, so it may be faster to check these first:

  • The clip troubleshooting guide covers the most common causes: private or deleted clips, links that are not clip links, and clips that are still processing.
  • The main download guide explains the steps on each device.
  • Make sure the clip is public and plays on Kick itself. KickClips cannot download live streams, full VODs, or subscriber-only content.

What to include in a bug report

A report is much easier to act on when it has these details:

  1. The clip link, for example https://kick.com/<channel>/clips/clip_XXXX.
  2. Your browser and its version (for example Chrome, Safari or Firefox, plus the version number from the browser's About page).
  3. Your device and operating system, such as Windows laptop, iPhone or Android phone.
  4. What happened: what you did, what you expected, and what you saw instead. Copy any error message exactly.
  5. Whether it fails every time or only sometimes, and whether other clips work.

Please do not send passwords or private account details. We never need them.

What to expect

We read every message, but we are a small independent project and cannot promise a reply time. Simple, specific reports with the details above are the easiest for us to look at. We may not be able to answer every general question or feature request.

If you are a rights holder and want to report a clip, please use our copyright and takedown page, which explains what to send and what we can and cannot do. KickClips does not host clips, so removal of the video itself must be requested from Kick.
